Event Tracking System collects and disseminates real-time travel information and enables personnel and software at the Transportation Incident Management Center (TiMC) to share information and coordinate with their counterparts in adjacent and regional agencies to more quickly and effectively respond to incidents and emergencies affecting travelers.

For the Event Tracking System, we assisted with system engineering documents, including system verification plan, system verification, acceptance testing, and system acceptance test report.

We also prepared the training plan, training presentation materials, user manual, and administration manual.

We successfully facilitated acceptance testing and conducted end-of-project training sessions for the City of San Jose.
